This makes it the starting point for most of our work: nearly every bent, formed, or assembled part in our shop begins as a flat sheet cut on the laser.

We work directly from your CAD files, so if you already have a technical drawing, we can move straight to production. Wood Laser Cutting

Wood laser cutting brings the same precision as metal cutting to timber, plywood, and MDF — producing clean, splinter-free edges and intricate detail work that would be slow and inconsistent to achieve by hand. Because the laser follows an exact digital path, complex patterns, lettering, and repeated component shapes come out identical across every piece, which matters whether you’re producing one decorative panel or a full batch of matching furniture parts.

This service is a natural fit for furniture makers needing precisely sized components, home decor businesses producing detailed wall art or signage, and anyone working on custom wood pieces that need tight tolerances. 03 / FORM

Press Brake Bending

Once metal is cut, it’s still flat — press brake bending is what turns that flat sheet into an actual three-dimensional part. Using a press brake machine, we apply controlled force along a precise line to bend sheet metal to an exact angle, whether that’s a simple 90-degree corner or a more complex custom bend sequence involving multiple folds. This is the process behind nearly every enclosure, bracket, channel, and structural component we produce.

Cable trays and channels rely on consistent, repeatable bends to keep dimensions uniform across a full production run — critical for anyone installing them at scale. Angle brackets and structural supports need bends that hold their shape under load. Box enclosures often require several coordinated bends on a single sheet to form a complete shape with no welding required. Whatever the application, bending is rarely a standalone service — it’s usually the second step after laser cutting or shearing, taking a flat, precisely cut sheet and giving it its final form.

04 / CUT

Shearing & Metal Box Fabrication

Shearing is straight-line cutting — a mechanical blade cuts sheet metal cleanly along a fixed line, without the heat or setup time of laser cutting. It’s the fastest, most cost-effective way to cut a sheet down to size when the cut is a simple straight edge rather than a complex shape, which makes it the natural starting point for box and enclosure fabrication, where most cuts are rectangular.

Combined with press brake bending, shearing lets us take a flat sheet all the way to a finished, fully enclosed metal box — cut to size, then formed into shape. This is the core process behind electrical enclosures, equipment housings, base panels, and metal casings of all kinds. If your project needs a simple, functional enclosure rather than an intricately shaped one, shearing plus bending is usually faster and more economical than routing the same job entirely through laser cutting. We can also do custom sizing on request, so if you have specific internal dimensions your enclosure needs to meet — for wiring, components, or equipment — bring us those measurements and we’ll build to fit.

05 / CUSTOM

Custom Parts Fabrication

Not every job starts with a clean CAD file — sometimes you have a broken part that needs replacing, a bracket that doesn’t exist off the shelf, or an idea that hasn’t been drawn up yet. That’s what custom parts fabrication covers: one-off or small-batch production built around your drawing, your physical sample, or a detailed conversation about what the part needs to do.

This is where a lot of our automotive and mechanical work lives — brackets, mounts, and components for bikes and vehicles that need to match an exact fit, often replacing a part that’s discontinued, damaged, or simply not available locally. We can work from a single prototype to confirm fit and function before committing to a larger production run, which is especially useful if you’re developing something new and want to test before scaling up. Bring us a sample to reverse-engineer, a drawing to quote from, or just a clear explanation of the part’s function and constraints, and we’ll walk you through what’s possible.

06 / BUILD

Metal & Wooden Staircases

Staircases are the most structurally demanding work we take on — they need to be dimensionally precise, safe under repeated load, and built to fit a specific physical space exactly, which means this process looks a little different from our other services. Rather than working from a standard drawing alone, staircase projects typically start with a site visit or a detailed set of measurements, since even small variations in floor height, stair width, or available space change the entire design.

We fabricate staircases in metal, wood, or a combination of both, covering everything from the structural frame and stringers to the visible finish work — treads, risers, and railings. Whether you’re after a purely functional metal staircase for a commercial or industrial space, or a combined metal-frame-with-wood-tread design for a residential interior, the goal is the same: something that’s structurally sound first, and visually right for the space second. Because every staircase is built around a specific location, we recommend reaching out early in your renovation or construction planning — the earlier we understand the space, the more accurately we can quote and design around it.
